... to get here. When we arrived, there was a Mexican woman cleaning the base. I have to admit, when I saw how "Americanized" it was - you know, with air conditioning, electricity, wireless internet access, I was a bit dissappointed. We went to sleep and woke up on Sunday morning feelin fully rested. Rob was nervous about preaching in Spanish and had only a couple of hours to be ready. So we spent our time praying an preparing ...
Monterrey, Northern Mexico, Mexico millieradostiLeaving Puerto Vallarta felt a little sad but exciting at the same time. It is such a cool town and I could have stayed there for another week but we don't have that kind of time. Plus we have new adventures ahead! Riding out of the city was again so extremely beautiful, since it had been raining everything was damp which kept us nice and cool as well and it smelled so fresh! What a bonus, first time on this trip we are not sweating like crazy! It was ...

All I could get it together to say is ´no es bien!!. With a right scowl on my face. Then about an hour later another guy came up, again asking if we wanted him to find us turtle eggs - ´no gracias, adios!!!´.

MALAQUE - SMALL, SLEEPY, MEXICAN VILLAGE ON THE PACIFIC, Mexico burtonx2... working on the rope course for awhile. We help build this rope course for he orphanage so they can have an income. Different groups come out and pay to use their rope course, and the money goes to help feed and clothe the children. Last night when we were coming in I thought we were going to die. In case you don't know some of the roads in Mexico don't have lane dividers so they just kinda drive wherever you want and weave around people. The guy who is driving my ...
Monterrey, Mexico aupair... only be cheap for so long until foreigners catch on and Puerto vallarta has long been marked on the tourist map. One very ironic thing that i did while i was here: went to a movie called ¨The three burials of Meliquiles Estrada¨ (i think i just butchered that). A movie that starts out about the stupidity of the America border patrol. I´m not exactly sure since eve been away from tv for two weeks ...

Met Monica (a cousin of my friend Carlos) at the airport and straight away found out how much the Meixcans like to party. HARD, party very hard. ´Excellent´ thought I, until after 5 days of this i thought I should ...
