    ... me perfectly. Kenwood House in Hampstead Heath was beautiful, but the constant drizzle of rain was annoying.. The house was in the final stages of restoration. I was not able to see the interior., but the grounds were amazing. Apparently George Michael has enjoyed some cruising walks here too.

    ... It was horrible, worst 2 miles I have ever run!
    On reflection I wonder if it was insufficient fuel for breakfast? It was about 15 miles and I only had eggs and flapjacks for brekkie- might even give porridge another go it was that bad.
    The afternoon was loads better, 8 miles along the fleet in sunny weather and a good Giuli lunch in my tummy! Saw a few little egrets on the way; no I haven't had any yet (bin dying to use that).

    So it's the day before the big day! That's right I'm travelling to Tanzania tomorrow and I'm excited to say the least! As usual though I've left things to the last minute, no surprise their you're all probably thinking!     ... buses that run up and down through all th villages.....so we decided to take the day off walking and see the countryside by bus.

    The first bus took us into a the town of Stroud. We asked for directions to the Tourist Information Center and wound our way up through town.
