Our adventure begins with a very traffic-free drive down the M4 to Heathrow. After lots of chatting and swapping of sweets I realised that I had left something very important behind, on a chair in Whitchurch Primary School's staffroom. I had been very organised, surprising myself with my precision and attention to detail by arranging every ticket, ...
For our last day in Cardiff, we took to the city on foot. The Castle was only a river, a bridge and an animal wall away, which we walked alongside under joyful queries. I can understand the confusion about the ant eater, but for some reason our offspring is constantly forgetting what a pelican looks like. Another reason we wanted to go on this bar crawl was because it started with a BBQ (despite it being rubbish), and half way through the night we were all given free pizza.. A win win situation really! After a whole evening of partying, games (which Laura and verity did the team well and came second) ...
