Our Bags are Packed....
... I would like to reflect on the three months since 15th August, when I first arrived in Anchorage, Alaska. I saw some wonderful sights and met some really nice people over the two weeks that we travelled through this incredible state. Dropped Nick off then Michelle took us up into the hills for some night shots over LA.
Michelle tried to back over us with the car at the lookout point. Amazing view over night time LA and had fun doing Hollywood vogueing for the camera. But ... cops turned up! ...

As the place I am staying is somewhere between a shared house and a hostel, there is a mix of people. 2 German travellers...standard, and 2 Americans who have moved here to find work, so we had dinner together and watched trashy American TV together, one of the Americans even commented that he like British comedies, thankfully there is someone in this country that understands British humor.

“ Pretty nice. ”

This hotel was quite nice, with all sorts of little added comforts, like toilet seat warmer with bidet attachments (which I didn't use, but appreciated the thought.) It was located next to a little Asian themed mall about 2 blocks from the Union Station.
