We left Provo shortly after 11:00am and after fueling up, hit Interestate 15 South... headed for Vegas! The trip was pretty uneventful, but since we were bucking a pretty strong headwind, Larry drove all day. We travelled 240 miles today.

The scenery was pretty dull, brown & flat for most of the way. We stopped in St. George, Utah at a Walmart to stock up on some sundries and groceries. I tried looking up places to stay (RV parks) but wasn't having ...

We are just about ready to go. We depart tomorrow morning about 6:30 out of Vegas to Paris via Detroit. We are trying to remember what we have forgotten. Should be two easy flights with arrival in Paris about 8:00 am Thursday morning. After a call to uber we should be having lunch in a great Paris cafe with a glass of wine. More tomorrow in ...

... at Carmel Junction). It only took us about 2 hrs to get into the national park. However, we had to wait a little to pass the Zion- Mount Carmel tunnel. If you're claustrophobic you should avoid this one lane - no lights tunnel (well, it does have two lanes, but they're more like bicycle-wide). However, the views through the rare "windows" in the rock were stunning!

442 miles today. All I have to say is someone was looking out for us today as far as the weather. We did get wet but just light rain. There were black clouds all around us and we seemed to be skirting around the storms. We would come across a section of road completely wet as you could tell it must have poured down rain and the radar on phone showed all green. When we rode thru Vegas at ...
