Well, I arrived at the staging at 4:00am! I wanted to be sure that I wasn't in the back of the pack again! The advance team had not even put out the staging cones yet! I milled around and socialized till they set out the cones on Clarenden, and put my bike out - I was 2nd in line! Finally wont be in the back of the pack! Went into the Radisson and had breakfast. There was a ceremony transferring half of the ashes of a soldier to be taken to the wall (half were going with the central route, ha...

We stayed at Bonnie and Sal's on Saturday and Sunday night. We had a great time, and hope that they will come to Michigan this summer. Bonnie is still the same, we laughed a lot. Salvador is a lot of fun, we drank beer and talked a bunch. They have such a nice house, Salvador has done a lot of work on it.
... 353;í dřív, než značení ukáže parkoviště pro návštěvníky. Hned na začátku expozice zkoušíme, jaký to je šeptat do srdce jednoho ze dvou na sebe nasměrovaných satelitů. Ve druhým je to krásně slyšet. Z celý týhle „výstavky" je nejvíc nadšenej Radek, kterej všechno poctivě prochází a fotí. Michal dojde k prvnímu, rozhlídne se kolem a vrací se zpátky k autu. Já doprov ...

First stop today was Roswell. Stopped by the Visitor Center and a couple of Alien visitors tried to take me away. But I escaped and went next door to the Roswell Museum and Art Center. They have recreated Dr. Robert Goddard's early laboratory. You know him don't you? The father of rockets. But the main reason I went there was to see their Georgia O'Keeffe ...

Also on one side was a gravestone for all the aborted innocents...it is a Catholic Church. The square was pretty desolate but all the available parking spots were taken? We went to La Posta for dinner only to find out that there was a 45 minute wait ...

White Sands, New Mexico, United States ciexiThis is really intended as a stopover on our way south, we're beginning to look to see where we'd like to be for Xmas - somewhere warm is the preferred option. Here, we picked a 'Passport America' campsite a 'club' that we belong to that gives us 50% discount on rates. It's right in town yet a secluded and quiet site. Paul our host was very welcoming and within about ...
Las Cruces, New Mexico, United States malbet... bales are stacked everywhere. This is not like the old TV show Green Acres. We took the "sky road" across the Franklin Mountains in search of the tram. Along the bendy road are shady picnic buildings with views of the valley. The puzzlement is who in Texas built the runaway truck ramps. Instead of pulling the truck off on an upward ramp, the ramps are all downhill. How that will help slow them down is ...
