Day 8- Sailing and Whaling
Loved our visit to Acadia National Park but decided to try and experience some of Canada as well. It was a tough call, as you could easily spend the entire time at Acadia-so many things to see and do. The park rangers at Acadia were very kind and refunded our reservations for the extra nights with no problem. We will be coming back!

Frenchy's Abound & Fundy Express
No, I am not being rude although the Yarmouth area is the Acadian area of Nova Scotia. I am talking about FRENCHYS the discount store, equivalent to our Valu Village. There is a Frenchys every few miles and great bargains to be found. Friends toured us around Argyle and the Yarmouth area pointing out the many historical houses of rich sea captains, many of them have been restored and are lovely.
