... me! I'm pretty excited about this trip, and have been wanting to go see my kids for quite some time, so this is an event worth waiting for.
I'll be updating my travel log here, and you can read where I'm at, where I've been and what i've been up to.
Here's to a wonderful adventure!
... 3 nights) with a tiny little balcony, drink and food stains were around the walls, no iron and ironing board like there use to be, enough coffee, sugar, and creamer for only one person each night. Most of all unable to sleep due to the rude people over and around us that walked heavily on the floors until 1:00 a.m. (even during the week nights) left ...
Meridian, Idaho, United States smilnlady... accessibility on cruises from some of our friends in The Handicapped Travel Club. I am sure we will have comments one way or the other.
In the morning, we woke up to a nice breakfast assortment prepared by Gloria. We bid our good friends Gloria ad Barney and of course my loving father goodbye and off we went. A ten hour drive to Boise! I had called Elise Saxby (the mother of my friend Jenna, who I have known since Kindergarten) to get her daughter's new number. When I told Elise that I planned on visiting Jenna and her husband Mark, Elise suggested that I call Mark and plan ...
Boise, Idaho, United States flyingfonteins... cliffs. You guessed the answer…we had to drive down a twisting road but it the bridge was wider.
The campground we stayed at in Idaho has a vegetable garden for the guests. The owner gave me a cucumber and a lemon cucumber he had (they are round yellow cucumbers that are not as seedy as a regular one) and Terry picked us a few corn on the cobs from the field and I picked the tomatoes so for a change I had a vegetable dinner.
A beautiful setting for a beautiful wedding.... Sharon Dew, youngest & wildest of the Dew clan, is finally tying the knot & saying I do. It was great to see family, and it's never enough time. If Greg doesn't get on it, this might have to suffice as a mini-family reunion...
Our friends the Blickenstaffs took us to the airport (thanks guys) made it out of Boise alive, don’t know yet what we forgot. Flight on United to Chicago was average. HOWEVER. Flight on Lufrtansa Air to Frankfurt was like going back to old-style commercial flight with current technology. First glimpse of all that orderliness and practicality. Actual dinner ...
Boise, Idaho, United States mcfarlanes... are injured during the race’. We understood too, that these “fine feathered [oops, prickly] friends” were going to be released back into their habitat later that day. After watching one heat, with “heat” being the operative word, we decided we had seen what we had come for, so we walked over to the elementary school, alongside the high school for the annual quilt show.
Paul and Sully remained ...

McCall, Idaho, United States andrewandjacqueI have returned from my trip in Idaho. I'm sorry I missed your calls and I wasn't able to return your calls asap. My cell phone was pretty much useless (aside from being my handy watch) out where I was in the past week. I must say, I don't regret not even being tempted to touch the internet. I did miss, thought and mentioned each one of you at least once during my many beautiful "elated-teary-eyed laughed-'til-I-cried-intoxications garlic-buttered-shrimp ...
