      ... we drowned in lemon and salt. I normally do lemon but not salt but it was insisted that I try salt as well...yum!       ... what Valparaiso is known for. That and it's funiculars, some of which have been running for over a hundred years. We also went right down to the port and were able to watch the evidence of it's relevance today. They were unloading a shipment of cars off possibly one of the biggest boats I've ever seen.
