    ... walked right round to the far side and found a few more tube slides - these were much slower and chilled out. Good for the kids I would say!

    This park does have a larger body slide which is a 5-story drop in the dark, nearly straight down - unfortunately I did chicken out! Those kind of slides are just not my thing!

    Personally the best thing about this park is the wave machine in the fake sea. It's brilliant and you can easily lose an hour just playing around ...

    ... us in the macy's parade yesterday. grinchmas was a very cutesy musical revue.
    got free drinks at the hardrock cafe because they took too long to serve us. elaine taught the bartender how to make a hot toddy. she was freezing because of the wind.

    ... and happy taking in the ambience all around us. The kids all had souvenir cups with flashing lights, Tabari had a drink that came with free refills (but of course). The kids loved all the screens around the place and were happily occupied whilst the adult recanted scenes from all the various films they had seen and the artefacts and props placed around the room.     ... in the pool. We had to keep topping them up with fluids and lotion. We could not get them in....Well actually the mention of food worked pretty well lol. The kids found a friend upstairs, a massive cockroach I named "Bill". They found him in the games room and then he disappeared only to resurface in my room at bedtime (typical).
