    Good Bye Texas ....It is hard to believe we only have two more nights and we will be back home. These three weeks have been great. Seems like we have been gone longer which is a good thing when on vacation.     Arrived late yesterday aft. went into the City to see the X-Mas lights & had a tasty Thai dinner. Today hiked up high into the snow capped Rocky Mountains, & had a finger lunch up there, while watching the Elk grazing nearby. Not sure what they were eating, there was a lot of snow around ! Another day here, then off to San Diego in California for a few days, then on to Las Vegas for a few days, can't wait !! Looking forward to staying at Caesars Palace & going to a few live ...

    Well, i have arrived safely this morn and just now and sitting down to relax and write. No signal at this campground, so i will publish tomorrow morn. The flight out of Metro went good, its very quiet five am sat morn. The United Airlines plane was small, just four seats across. After the pilot and copilots introduced themselves, no kidding, Duncan and Trevor, in young voices, i had this feeling i was a part of their final exam. This thing flew like a sports car though, ...

    ... the tanks. Gloves on. Knee pads on. Hook it all up and let it drain. Well, she was right. That did solve my problem. Now I need to call back and see about how to fix the indicator light. We just got back from walking the dogs. It has started raining and Cindy is asleep on the couch. Sometimes vacation is very similar to life at home. I am not too far from turning in myself.     ... lowering my head with a slow, disgusted nod back and forth. I let her and nasty TSA lady negotiate the disposal of the security-compromising fluid, while I put my shoes back on. Apparently the water was so threatening, it had to be dumped outside of security, as Ms. TSA took her sweet time. When she brought the backpack, she had the nerve to say, with a straight face, "Here's your bag. I've placed the offending water bottle back in it." It's a balmy 80 ...
