    Als we vanmorgen wakker worden, is het flink mistig. Goed geweest dus om gisteren naar Watkins Glen te gaan. We gaan naar de lobby van het hotel voor het ontbijt. Dat mag eigenlijk geen ontbijt heten, er zijn wat verpakte muffins en wat verpakte cornflakes, meer is het niet. Maar het ontbijt kan ook voor andere dingen goed zijn, zo blijkt. Een leuk …

    Na een vrij kort nachtje, verlaten we Canada weer en gaan terug naar de USA. De reis gaat vandaag naar een mooi merengebied, Finger Lakes.     Well, our two week Southwest Adventure has come to an end. Today, we all flew home after enjoying a great vacation. It was a nice break and was great to be able to spend two weeks together, which is becoming increasingly rare.

    ... Watkins Glen, and found a camp ranger who sorted out the pitch move details for us. She told us that the gorge trail was now open (and had been from seven am; we'd been an hour too early!) and she had saved my buff for me, which had fallen out of my bag in front of the office...
