For people who love to see Aeroplane and Gliders Elmira Soaring Museum is a must visit. There are places where visitors can just sit and watch the gliders being towed up in the air, and there is also the possibility to purchase a Glider ride for yourself.

Another couple left right before us so, naturally, we had to beat them. We made it to the point in ...

... Taughannock Falls State Park at 10:40 AM and spent 90 min there. The main attraction there was the 215’ tall Taughannock Falls. Coming from Watkins Glen we hit the Falls Overlook first with a view of Taughannock Falls from above, just a minute walk from the parking lot. Then we drove down to the Lower Falls entrance and took the easy Gorge Trail to the end and back starting at 10:55. It took us about 20 min to reach the falls and we spent 10 min there looking around and ...

... admission to the Niagara Aquarium, so we headed over to see that first. It was small, and crowded, but the hordes of small children seemed to be enjoying the penguins, sharks, and seals on display. We grabbed a quick hot dog from a cart in front of the aquarium, and headed over to ride the Maid of the Mist.

Wow. That's pretty much all I can say. The pictures that I took don't even capture the most amazing part of this ...
