... told him about Living Science. Turns out he home schooled his kids back in the 70s and his grandchildren are being home schooled now. He also is a supporter of Creation Ministries International and Answers in Genesis. We got to talk a few minutes until another customer came in. ... the road. We have had such a great time and it is such a freeing experience to travel and stop wherever you want. I would have liked to spend more time along the way home in certain areas but we had a deadline. I have learned I don't want a return deadline when I venture so far from home next time.

We got a late start Friday heading out of Shoreline, and so we decided we couldn't make it to Chewelah, which was our original destination for this leg. Instead, we ended up at the Mar-Don Resort, a lakeside RV resort on the Potholes Reservoir near the town of Othello, WA (about 20 miles south of Moses Lake).

Recently I went with Larry Mattingly to Richland, Washington where he had some business to conduct. While we were there we took the "B Reactor Tour" at the old Hanford Nuclear facility.
