We had a good breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausages, blueberry pancakes, cereal..... there was even one giant pancake that they named 'Pangea'), made our sandwiches for lunch and then set about packing up our beds and by 5am almost everyone was up, and we were very glad when we heard Wes' echoing shout of "COFFEE!" rebouding round the canyon. After our visit to the Hoover dam, we headed to Boulder City. The Lake Meade Recreational Area could be seen in the distance. Boulder City was designed and built by ...

Well our worst fears were realised today! We lost both the kids in Vegas!!! It was only in the hotel , but as the hotel is the size of Mount Gambier with the same amount of people it was awful. We were going to the lift but they ran off and decided to go down the stairs. We were on the 21 floor so it was a terrible idea ,we followed them but couldn't find them. That was the start of the worst hr of my life we had all the security guards looking for them, the guards were fantastic ...
