Not much sightseeing the past few days because we were visiting with family so there is less to report.
We drove from Parry Sound to London Ontario. It was the beginning of the long weekend and the traffic was heavy. The highway was on the outskirts of Toronto and we were told the traffic is always heavy there and holiday weekends are just worse than usual. There were two freeways side by side so ...

As usual, the presence of a huge cast iron stove and the chimney/heating pipe running the length of the classroom is quite different from what we would expect in Oz ... and a reminder of just how bloody cold Canada gets. Real freeze the ***** off ...

The Shakespearean one in Ontario. On the Avon as well. And with a Shakespeare Festival every year.
Weird. Nice small town. Lots of ducks and swans on the Avon.
Didn't stay. The shows (not all of which are actually Shakespeare ... some Shaw etc. etc. and other UK ...
