      ... Narrows to the USA border crossing at International Falls. The route to Sault St Marie is shorter and gas is cheaper if we go between Lake Superior and Lake Michigan in the USA.       ... to power boats! It was just as well I opted to hang on to the strap rather than Audrey, or she'd have had some choice bruises by the end of it!       ... on the horizon - the result was me getting quite seasick. I was very tempted to put my head over the side, but I did my best to hold back...and then after about 2 hours the wind seemed to die down and the waves stopped.
