... Hotel for the night, and where we had to say goodbye to our tour guide, Randy, who went above and beyond so everyone could have a great time! When we found our rooms, we also had to say our goodbyes to Grammy, She She, and the Evingtons’. It’s going to be really weird just having four people now instead of nine! This has been such an AMAZING trip that will last with me for the rest of my life! I could not imagine visiting Alaska any better way! THANK YOU SO MUCH GRAMMY!! ...

It rained again in the night, should I say poured. It wasn't as noisy as we had feared by the hwy.
We depart for a tour down Petersville Rd hoping to get another view of McKinley. That did not happen. This was another end of the road in Alaska, at least end of pavement. We were going so slowly on part of the road that the GPS wanted to know is it should go into pedestrian mode. We did a photo op at Gate Lake. Lots of folks lived on ...
