Ballarat, Victoria, Australia sk2885... from the beach and went back to our motel. Next morning we had a choice of going to a Koala Bear sanctuary or a place called Amaze'n Things. We couldn't do both as we had to move on by lunchtime so seeing as we've already seen loads of Koala Bears we decided to go for Amaze'n Things. Its a bit of a mish mash of crazy golf, optical illusions and a big outdoor maze. Its more for kids really but there was enough cool stuff there to keep us interested. We ...
Ballarat, Victoria, Australia alandrach... and they said it was only in Ballarat, and very supportive they also said: "you will make it. If not, it is early and there are plenty of people on the roads and you can maybe get some help"....for sure that made us feel a lot better!!! :( So we kept on going and we were already making plans on what to do if the car simply stopped which was that Jarrett would push and I would steer it... I again started laughing histerically...but we made to Ballarat and after some hotel ...
Ballarat, Australia jarrettalane... and I don't and he also provided some income to flow so I could obtain my finances. I ended up selling a painting at my show and sold some C.D.S at some shows that I played. Also family members and loved ones supported me too. I also was lent a backpack that was a blessing for they range from 200+. So here I am and what was I here for simply God asked me to rest when I arrived back in Melbourne from Sydney on March 2nd and in the middle of March. I received the message ...
Melbourne, Australia carolinesheart... a day after my birthday Liz (Jennies mother ) passed away at 11:00am. It was a sad day.. I remember not finding out she passed on until lunch time was announced as a time for prayer would happen instead... at first noone knew she passed on. We were asked to pray if we wanted for her healing... then news came after an hour that she died..and everyone was left confused. Some of the people spent energy asking God to have Liz live when she was ...
Melbourne Surreyhills, Australia carolinesheartWe left Uluru about 4 pm on Feb 2nd. We were absolutely exhausted by the heat. From just after 8 am to about 8 pm it is unbearably hot, about 40. When the sun shines through a car window on you, it feels like a laser burning. We made many efforts to cover up windows that allowed direct sunlight through. A couple of hours from Uluru we stumbled upon 6 live camels (not to be confused with all the roadkill that we saw, which included one camel, one Emu, hundreds of ...
Malbourne, Australia mrewkowskiWe picked up our Ford XR6 first thing in the morning (man I sound like a man saying that) and headed to pick up our two friends from Weribee (about 30 minutes out of Melbourne CBD). Then headed on to Ballarat (about 1 1/2 hours) making a few quick stops for food and petrol on the way. As there are no hotels in Ballarat we had to make do with a motel (was not happy) and this is where my horror story ...
Ballarat, Australia dylanc... rainforest a bit surreal. Loads of hippy shops, selling tye dye stuff a smelling as though they were covering up dubious substances. Best shop I found was the pie shop! AFter surviving the hippy shop onslaught we headed to a Koala sanctuary, where I got to cuddle a Koala (in a very manly way you understand?!)who took it upon himself to place holes in my T-Shirt and Torso! Amazingly soft fur, but they do smell a bit! From there it was the worlds' (so it claimed) longest ...
Passons... Ils sont adorables, simplement adorables... Par exemple un matin je me ...
Melbourne, Australia isie... Maybe because they planned to launch them over the lake, they thought this would be okay. We finished dinner just in time to drive to the congested lakefront and catch the first firework. What a display. They lasted over fifteen minutes. Pretty impressive. There were even a few that neither of us had ever seen. There is just something about fireworks that I just love. I'm like a little kid every time I see them. Maybe this is because when my ...
