Drove to Olive lake in the Kootney National Park where we had a quick walk then cooked our porridge!! Yum yum we needed a hot meal as it was very brisk! :S drove back out of the park to the information center and along the way Sarah spotted some deer so we took a drive up the street to have a closer look. They were Mule deer, which we hadn't seen before, they have big ears and a black tail. There were 2 females and 2 babies, they ...
... public. I will carry no money, and will see how far I can get!
Trip will commence May 1st, 2013 in Vancouver, and I will make my way south across the boarder.... First port of call; Seattle!
Then hopefully Portland; and continuing down the West Coast.....
Wish me luck.... will update soon with more details.

... crossed for upcoming trip to Revelstoke, Big White and Silverstar though!
Sorry this is so short but I actually can not remember anything that has happened in the last month and from what I can remember it was not overly exciting. Really need to do some more travelling! Very excited for 5 weeks until Trek America and then exploring NY with Kaylene and Tom! And have booked Sail Croatia for a week in June with Amanda n Daemon! So much exploring coming ...
... Best snowboarding day ever. Mountains like that are the reason why people never want to come home from here! Highly recommended for anyone coming to Canada. Alternatively, Radium Hot Springs, probably not even worth the $6... Panorama ones are ten million times better!
Hope all is well out there in the world!
PS. Photos to come at some point
