... down to choose our various cheesecakes. Mmmmm!! Replete we set out for the airport and our flight home. This time it was on time and we had an uneventful journey. None of us slept and we arrived at Glasgow at 5am - midnight in Orlando! We dropped Cameron off at home to have a glass of milk then bed. Willie and I arrived home about 7.45 and went to bed till midday. Back to normal now with all our happy memories to see us through the rest of the Scottish ...

Leaving Manchester, we headed off for Maryport which meant a lovely drive through the Lake District of England. The drive was filled with beautiful scenery including snow capped mountains, huge lakes and lots of green, green fields. Arriving in Maryport we immediately started to track down Ryan's old haunts. We went straight to what Ryan thought was his old primary school, but it seems that 20 years can cloud memory as we ended up at ...

... and caught up with much of the family too. We had a very hot Indian for dinner which was funny as even the korma blew our heads off! After a crazy quiz/game we found a good bit of floor space to make up our beds. Charlotte and I shotgunned the camp beds. It was a very noisy night with 7 people sleeping in the lounge after a hot curry :)

We spent the following day saying bye to everyone and headed back to Edinburgh for the day, then to the airport to fly ...

Arriving in Dundee around 5.00pm on Saturday, we received a warm welcome from Uncle Innes and Maureen and we chatted into the wee small hours...

Sunday saw us on a tour around our ancestral home of Dundee with Innes. A very scenic city based at the mouth of the river Tay.
From the Dundee Law (hill), you have a panoramic view of the city and across to St Andrews.

... Tab 2 and Google Nexus 7. First is better in hardware: 3G, HDMI, SD slot. On the other hand Nexus 7 is better done, lighter, has higher battery capacity and is much more modern. What is more - it'll get the newest android version, straight from official Google depositories, while Light Tab can quickly be forgotten. I don't know yet what will I pick, but I'm not in hurry - I can wait, and while choosing which electronic device to buy - it's always a good decision.
