... t go on any that said "not for those with motion sickness". The rain started in earnest about 2pm and we managed for awhile, but decided to call it a day about 4.30pm when we were all starting to flag a bit.

The next day we went to "Disney's California Adventure" Park which adjoins Disneyland. This park is more of a traditional amusement park (for those In Australia, think of the amusements at the Royal Show) - but with a strong California theme. The buildings are ...

There was 3 rides that we went on many times, but besides that, they were all for the little ones. I couldn't help but constantly think of my sisters and family back home, they would have loved this. One day i will bring them back here, that's for sure.

Comments: a) the robot was not humanistic b) I don't see how kicking a soccer ball or climbing steps is helpful, c) if they can do all that work on a robot why are his knees permanently bent so he looks like he's crippled & d) My husband is an engineer. Where's my robot. So, I mentioned Denny's earlier. It was ...

... way to experience as much as possible! To work a fastpass you had to insert your ticket into the fast pass machine at the start of certain rides, and another ticket was produced that told you a time to come back to that ride where we would walk past the lines and lines of people and have only a tiny wait. Definitely worth it!At the start of the day we'd put our fast pass into 'space mountain' and when we came back to skip the lines of people, excited as we'd ...

... escaped with a mini doll for Ruby and a puppy for Emily. The drive to Disney was 50 mins according to the satnav but took over 90. Traffic here, even on the 6-8 lane interstates is terrible. It doesn't seem to matter what time of day you travel, it's like sitting in a car park most of the time. Anyway, made it to Disneyland, checked in and went to the pool. We looked ...
