... fracking, or delivering the oil to wherever they deliver it.

We also saw a near disaster. A big semi trailer was behind us and he was apparently in a big hurry. We were going down a big hill with a curve at the bottom and this guy passed us on a double yellow line not knowing if anyone was coming the other way. If there were cars in both of the lanes, they wouldn’t have survived the impact. He may have gained a minute or two by passing ...

However, they have a few campgrounds along the river that are run by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) so we went there. Turned out to be a better option than the National Park. We are right beside the river with a stunning view & the weather is ...

We are off again. Leaving our home in Florissant, Colorado in our pickup camper and headed to Alaska. This time, however, we are not travelling in our big trailer, but rather a small (very small) pickup camper. It was a challenge packing what we will need for 2 months!
