We'd arranged with a few of the people from Norfolk, Viriginia to meet up after conference over skype and do the readings. The wifi at the Billingtons had been playing up, but we were sure we could get it to work to skype them. Alas, it was not to be, so we had to cancel.
We were heading to see Megan Milne today out in Georgetown. Megs works at a Personal Trainer and has crazy work hours that means she has a three hour break from 12-3. She'd finished early today, and ...

Visiting Canada Bethel was not something I expected to fit into this trip...

Departure from Detroit was hectic and delayed by the need I had to write my column for the magazine at home, also I was determined to see some of the devastation ...

This museum is the largest in Canada, and it only has something like five percent of its collection on display, so it was quite inappropriate that it should happen here but there ...

... checked thru to Sydney. Nay Nay . Silly us had to recover our "checked" bags and walk them thru customs ( since we were American citizens entering Canada) then recheck them back into the system, so they will hopefully arrive at the same time we do in Sydney, Australia.

Now that we and our checked bags were cleared into Canada, we had to take our carry ons and ourselves thru security again ...shoes removed this time... , ...

Canada Branch Office of Jehovah's Witnesses

It is a pleasure to welcome you to the Canada branch office of Jehovah’s Witnesses. We hope your visit will be a pleasant one. Our complex of buildings is called Bethel, meaning “House of God.” This Biblical name is fitting, for the men and women who live and serve here are ordained ministers. They are dedicated to Jehovah God and devote themselves full-time to supporting the work of Kingdom preaching. In over 230 lands, more ...
