    After a good nights sleep we headed to the kitchen for a breakfast of waffles, which I made myself and lavished with maple syrup and Nutella!     ... lots of people parked along the narrow road to the park, as there is only very limited parking onsite. For many it would have been quite a hike. We bought our tickets for the park (and return shuttle) and headed in. A really good boardwalk weaved in and out between the magnificent Redwoods. The trees are massive, both in girth and height.     ... needs more exploration - you could spend a lifetime in Australia as it's so huge. The stand out experiences of the trip were the close encounters with wildlife, hatching turtles, penguins coming on shore for the night, albatross nesting, koalas, kangaroos and cassowaries.
