    Within an hour we were traveling through Baltimore, MD with no sign of the riots that had recently occurred. We entered the longest tunnel that we had ever driven through - the Fort McHenry Tunnel. It was 1.5 miles in length with 8 lanes in 4 tunnels. The tunnel took us under the Baltimore Harbor.

    On Friday, all we could do is wait for the Fed Ex truck to come, so we didn't want to start any big projects because once it came, we were leaving, so it was kind of a relaxing day which was very weird before such a big trip.     ... and no tourist costs.

    We visited the liquor store for some wine and the drug store for some Advil. Tony has quite the head cold. En route yesterday I think he sneezed all the way through New York State. In order to buy Advil Cold and Sinus in the states you have to sign your life away and show ID times 3, apparently this is because of the Crystal meth problem.

I love the stories, the original marble on the entry, chestnut floors and mahogany banisters.
