... was huge and as we drove down towards the rear, there were lots of RVs parked alongside a nice stream. We joined them and took the shuttle bus (I told you it as huge) and went to the casino. Walked around, visited the shops, checked out the restaurants in the casino and the adjoining hotel. Very nice grounds. I survived snoozed in short spurts and felt totally worn out and in zombie land by time plane landed in Charlotte. That was a 9 1/2 hour flight.

A wonderful little beach town in the southern tip of the state that we found cozy and charming. This is a popular spot for local Georgians to come to as a get-away so there are several rental cottages, inns and eateries.
