      We arrived in this beautiful city at dusk so we weren't able to get the most out of it. Stayed there only for one hour and we spent that time in Parco Civico capturing the flickering lights of the city surrounded by mountains. The view from the shores of Lake Lugano was fascinating.       ... end before it dawned on us that a funicular station must be at the bottom of a hill and not mid way up the hill! So back down the hill and sure enough, there was the station.
