... surrounding village looked like it was an affluent area with lots of red painted wooden houses with terraces set around a lovely lake with a fountain. It really was too hot to do anything else so we headed back to the digs and I am currently sat in the garden with a coffee. Today was always going to be a long one with about 300 miles and a 3 and a half hour ferry crossing so we rose early 5 am actually and were ready to leave for 6 ish to head over to fredrickhavn to catch the ferry to Gutenberg (pronounced gothenberg) in sweden. The best start to the day with an amazing breakfast spread of freshly made smoothies, juice, yoghurt, berries, meats, eggs, cheese, strong coffee and long conversation. There is a huge emphasis on organic produce in Sweden.
