Similar to Mexico, though far less often and without the harassment, there are locals that walk by the beach beds selling food, hats, sunglasses and hair braiding.the vendors are very low key in their approach calling out softly as they walk by. Dawson managed to manoevre the boat without hitting anything as we hurled the anaconda, as we have christened her, back onto the deck.

    Lagos

A travel blog entry by a.baker.abroad on Jun 21, 2015

First stop in Portugal - the beach side town of Lagos! After a big night in Marbella to finish we were a little rough driving to Lagos but the hangover was instantly gone once we arrived in beautiful town of Lagos. Aqua waters, blue skies and very welcoming hosts at the Big Chill hostel was exactly what we needed. We spent the arvo chilling on the oversized bean bags and getting to know our fellow travellers. ...
