The goal for breakfast was to try out some herring. There was a little shop not too far from us where the guitarist from the Pixies (OK, just a lookalike- this is a game we like to play) served all sorts of fish tidbits. We dined on herring with onions and pickles, kipperling with sauce, and a fish cake. All were great and fresh.

Getting to the airport by train was easy. Checked in and dropped my bag making my way through security. I had to find duty free to clam on my necklace I bought in Copenhagen, that done, time for something to eat. Spent the remainder of my wait finishing post cards. We popped our heads into the XXL – the famous and biggest sex shop in Utrecht – and then ran away.
