      ... had to actually drive through the streets of San Remo which was just mental. Drivers just go when they want and the moped riders seem to have a death wish. Jess was driving so it was fun to her and she just had to adapt to their way of driving or we would still be sitting at an intersection waiting to get out.       ... up around 10:30-11:00. We prepped up some soups and sauces, appetizers, desserts, etc hoping they might want something we have already created. "Stand by to stand by" is the frequent motto on the boat, as every question I ask that seems to be the answer.       ... of Riviera Pebbles we settled down to relax, took a wander along the beach and then returned home. The next day we awoke at the nice and early time of about 11:30 and spent several hours waking up. Then we left bound for the beach - I must say the beaches here are NOTHING like Australian waters!       ... the Nice Opera and one of the many cathedrals in the area. We decided we would make use of our kitchen to cook a traditional French dish called a coq a vin. We looked up a recipe, along with one for sangria, and headed over to the monoprix to get what we needed.
