        ... Gorse, and gorse is the clan flower of Clan McClennan, so Jenny feels quite at home.
        We booked StMalo for two nights so we could visit Mont St Michel before we went across to the Channel Islands.         Although the roads were wet, the scenery and road standards were good.

        Although it's easy creating a tailor made route, it's a bit like doing a 'join the dots' puzzle and in between the dots the programme just fills in the gaps - and that could be anything. It's a bit difficult to get everything bang on over a route covering 100+ ...

        Woke up at 6am to 'Two & half men' repeating opening titles "Men,men,men,men,menly men men men, ooohhh", laptop had been left on.
        Went back to bed.
        Next thing.....'Bing bong, ladies & gentlemen the boat will be docking in 15 minutes, please make your way to your vehicles'. But it's only 7am. The ticket says 8.15am.
        Thanks Brittany Ferries, they don't say you board in English time but get off in French time who are an hour in front.

        Dinard and Cancale

        Drove to Dinard this morning for what was supposed to be a good market but that was not the case. Quick change of plan and we drove over to Cancale another seaside town about 45 Klms away. We had to park about 2 Klms out of town as every other man and his dog had the same idea. We walked up the steep hill into town and walked around the markets which killed a couple of hours.
