Svetog Petra Cetinjskog 145 Podgorica, Serbia and Montenegro, 81000, 81-406500
First impressions The predominant male Montenegran fashion of striped track suits, black socks and white sneakers underneath seems to live a life of its own next to the stunningly dressed females. Stringed boots on heels are part of the uniform. This phenomenan aligns with the stark contrast between mostly overweight men with their perfectly shaped women. Observing these couples of beasts and beauties makes one wonder why the latter is making an effort at all. Grey and grim looking buildings ...
Podgorica, Montenegro neep
Hallo zusammen,

Gruss
Ralf
Podgorica, Serbia and Montenegro schwateDay 1
Aunt Sue and I got out walked downtown. This only takes about 15... but in the heat it feels like a whole lot longer! From the apartment, we walked to the UN building to see Pete at work. From the UN building we hit the post office, the Russian pedestrian bridge (with a great view of the millennium bridge), the national defense building, with a final destination of the Budda Bar. Despite the menu being ...
Podgorica, Serbia and Montenegro eldalonde... worry if you want to...I promise you'll not miss your flight back to America tomorrow..." I continued declining the advances and when it became obvious I wouldn't change my mind, Darko said we had to leave because I had to finish packing for my flight and get a good nights sleep. We all departed identically to boarding the boat restaurant, crossing the small narrow wooden bridge; Sharko/ Mladic departed with us. After exiting, Mladic and I stood in front of the boat restaurant for ...
Serbia and Montenegro, Serbia lpcyuI was woken up again at about 3am. Another Serb guard- this one was almost definitely from the border patrol- he looked like one of the henchmen from James Bond as well. He requested all our passports, and being the only non-Serb/Montenegrin passenger in the compartment I was of course the one who got interrogated. Border interrogation is always an entertaining experience, the people you are speaking to are generally taught a ...
Podgorica, Montenegro englishanddrunk... family. It was built in 1934 and it is separated from the highway with a wall with two gates, one leading to Przno, and the other one to St. Stefan. The beach is 380m long, and in the background there is Milocer forest spreading out in the area of 18 ha. There are rare exotic tree species, like Lebanon cedar, tropical Mimosa, Japanese medlar, cactuses, agavas etc. The Milocer beach ...
Budva,Montenegro, Montenegro serenydad... the way down I met two Frenchmen who offered me a ride in their cab because we were all going to the same destination. As I was getting into the car, a big band of taxistas came out and said I could not leave with an outside taxi, that I must take their taxi. They were insistent that I cannot leave Ostrog with anyone but them, even if the French had already paid for the entire day's worth of chaufering. I felt the taxi drivers were ganging up on me ...
Niksic, Serbia and Montenegro lilycSaturday, March 25 After realizing that it wasn't possible to make a day trip to Montenegro via public transportation, I reluctantly booked a guided tour. It was me and four old people (one British and one American couple) who kept boring each other with their travel stories. The Americans said they had been on *about* 32 cruises. Sadly, for such a well-traveled pair they didn't appear to have learned much. They were fussy, uninterested, culturally ...
Perast, Budva and Kotor, Serbia and Montenegro lauralAs soon as we crossed the border we noticed the difference between Albania and Montenegro. Montenegro is full of rugged pine covered mountains. It looks amazing and you have to keep a really close eye on the tops of hills or you will miss the castles and fortresses. Most are the same colour as the rocky mountains they are built on and can be easily ...
