The St Francis shrines were open finally today. Some of us were glad because we thought that mum might cry or throw a fit if they weren't open. They showed parts of St Francis' life from being born in a stable to dying. They were built between the 1500s to the 1700s so they were all different styles all with statues in. Wow, Skiing is exhausting when you do it for more than one hour. My legs are aching and protesting in agony. Today we had an instructor whose name was Santos who took us for one hour to refresh our minds of what we could do. He taught us how to stop and turn (although I did not remember some of it) and how to walk up a hill the right way (sideways). I found walking up the hill sideways pretty ******* the calves.
