Well, today has been one of those rare days where everything went to plan. Our Hotel in Venice was absolutely first class in every respect. The location was just perfect, the place appears to have been recently renovated and the staff and management were fantastic. Today we picked up a rental car and headed for the mountains! As with many rentals, we got something bigger than we reserved because that was what they had...it's not too big though, and so far it has treated us well.
