    Denmark can be summed up with four words: family, eat, drink, sleep! We had a great time with the Danish family and they made sure that we wouldn't be hungry for about 2 months. The days were filled with eating yummy Danish food, playing games, watching football, short walkings at the beach and drinking beer / red wine.     I started the day with a run (my first in quite a while) which was a great way to explore the village. I ran through the village, the grounds of the castle, the small forest on the edge of the village, then past the marina. It's truly a beautiful piece of Europe.     We caught the early bird flight to Copenhagen this morning then took the train to Odense to the west.
