... 250 Peso.
A couple of doors down from here is another good mid-range hotel that offers ample parking and had similar rates to those at Hotel Meson Del Poeta.
The best budget hotel had no name and their rates were 60 peso per person for a basic room with shared bathroom. To reach this hotel - walk up the right hand side of the church and you will see the hotel which is housed in a bright yellow building down a narrow street to your right.
... to take pictures but did not have as good of luck as i would have liked...i think i got better ones of poeple i don't know while i was practicing than i got of Lili herself, but Liliana got some really good ones so I think i will get copies from her. After the ceremony there was a reception outside in a courtyard/square with finger foods and deserts and drinks (again with the men and trays...this time it did not seem so bad for them. Happy Thanksgiving again!!
Puebla, Mexico kimbutterfly15... to blow my nose the more i realized i was not. We stopped on the way home to pick up some medicine which helped a lot and after a short time chatting with lili and her dad i headed up to take a nap. After my nap i got on the computer and after some searching figured out how to watch "Kid Nation" and "Survivor" on the internet. It was really nice to be distracted from everything ...

Most of the time if you were not paying attention you could not really tell what was happening, but a few times there was a small amount of blood and some feather loss. I only felt really bad once because both were in bad shape and didn't have much left in them but they had to define a winner so they kept ...

I enjoyed it alot, it was a very nice day outside. There were two iney-whiney disappointments....the butterfly house did not have many butterflies and i saw a sign that said "Panda Roja" with a picture of a bear head and thought they had panda bears, but when i arrive it was a red bear...i should have known i know roja is red and ...

Puebla, Mexico kimbutterfly15This morning we used the moped to get into town, I even surprised myself because it was quite easy and I expected to be a bit worried. Anyway after a visit to the post office we made our way to the Governors Palace. This is more known to us as the State Council offices. This building built at the end of the 19th century is quite an impressive building, but inside on the first floor there is a huge mural which shows the history ...
Saltillo, Mexico mikeandmary... the guy was only sixty something years old, how many stories could he have? Well, this is dragging I know. I'll just say that I got suckered into the Holiday Inn, and somehow agreed to share a room. I was pretty sure he wasn't going to put something in my drink or try to crawl into bed with me. I paid $30 for my half of the room. I was getting a free ride to Mexico I told myself. Not a problem. I'll fast-forward and say that he for some odd reason ...
Saltillo, Mexico dane... a something in the cacti rattling around and Marty of course insists on investigating. Hmmm. And I sit here in the middle of Mexico beside an Mesquite fire and write letters on the computer to people far away. We left St Theresa this morning (Marty convinced the engine to run again - I don't think he really knows what is wrong), and continued south. The topography is similar to New Mexico or Texas, the exciting part is when you stop. Marty almost packed along a ...
