... lovely weather, so we whiled away a fair amount of time drinking pomegranate lemonade and watching the sea. One of the sights is the Oresund Bridge, completed in 2000, connecting Copenhagen with Malmo, it's sister city in Sweden. The connection really consists of a 5.5 mile bridge, an artificial island, and a 2.2 mile tunnel with a roadway for cars and a second level for trains - quite the engineering feat. It was assuring to see how well taken care of the Danish society is, even though they are taxed a ton.
