As we write this, it is 10:23pm Munich, Germany time. This is the final night in Europe and we head back to Chicago in the morning. These last two weeks have absolutely flown by, as have the previous trips here. We`ve been welcomed …
Concentration Camp
... and holds an extremely rich history
with the Nazi torture. Why have I never heard of it!?!? The pamphlet at
the hostel said it closes at 6, but maybe it was I can't read military
time? Germany uses military time always. Anyways, when we arrive it
closes at 5... It's 4:30!!! We entered and too quickly went through the
museum. I felt sick. The eerie feeling is justified. The building is
long and displays the history from start ...
"I hope we survive this night!"
... where I had Orange Chicken and the other girls got something else, but we all ate at the restaurant where I was because it was the only seating we could find. After we ate we headed to our hostel.
This time the hostel wasn't walking distance from the train station. We had to take two subways and then walk a couple blocks to get there. Once we got out of the tube we weren't sure where to go so we had to ask someone on the street where "SchmellerStrasse" ...

... Easy Jet flight departed on time and touched down in Germany ten minutes before the estimated time of arrival. Thankfully we had no troubles clearing immigration to commence our second six month period in the Schengen Zone but we were delayed in getting tickets for the next train into the city.
