      ... Corser, Stoner, Hailwood. Tour group included Graham Moore who brought xxxxxxx into v8 racing and father and son from Perth who had an inflatable display tent business. Also a couple of Malay guys from Kuantan who own Ducatis. Dinner at xxxx Osteria in lane way near piazza. Recomended by Lonely Planet. Tagliatelle Ragu (spag Bol) and Greek salad with a beer and 250cl carafe for 20€. Nice food and nice family ...

      ... and was a lot more strenuous than I had expected. We prepared the filling for the tortelloni - mashed baked pumpkin, nutmeg (the nutmeg grater was very nifty) and parmigiana. Next we cleaned and prepared zucchini flowers and the filling - ricotta, parmigiana, salt and some mortadella. And then we stuffed the zucchini flowers - they looked superb.       ... in Bologna. I had a late lunch and went for a starter - fried bread with soft cheese and cold cuts. I also added a salad. It was huge. We were very surprised when we set off yesterday morning because there were no vehicles or people on the streets, and we soon found out why - there was a very large protest of people from many towns in Italy marching around the centre of the city towards the main Piazza (we assume they were protesting about the economic situation and working conditions).       ... of that day. Amazing pasta! At 2pm we had a factory tour booked and pulled onto the Ferrari site. No photos allowed here. Only three of us on tour. Felt very special. They took us to see the F1 site where all the previous F1 vehicles have been sold to clients (six a year, valued from 1.2m to 2.9m) and are kept there to be maintained and raced on special days organised by Ferrari.
