It has happened my friends. We are almost incommunicado. Satellite coverage has dropped to its lowest levels. So, it would be almost impossible for me to upload photos. Therefore, I will finish my blog after I get home and have a normal internet connection. Sorry.

Wide streets, large piazzas (Turin boast the largest square in Europe) yet with small alleys bursting with shops & cafes. The gelato here seems not to be displayed in cabinets but in deep containers so you cannot choose with the eyes but select from a list. I may be a little ...

What a way to celebrate a birthday :) sadly it's raining here today though. But what do tourists do when it rains? Go to a museum of course ! We spent the morning wandering through the ancient Egyptian Museum. The largest outside Cairo. Thoroughly enjoyed it all. What an amazing collection they have. ...
