After a wander through the grounds we headed into Turin itself for a walk around the city centre, taking in Piazza Vittorio Veneto, Piazza Castello, Palazzo Reale & Piazza San Carlo.

After another beautiful home-cooked lunch (risotto), we drove about an hour to the Langa ...

We headed back to their place for a beautiful 4-course lunch and to await the arrival of Federica, Lorenzo & Davide.
