    ... well into the night as do most parties in Mexico. Mexicans know how to party!

    On the way over we got to see the active Colima Volcano spew a little steam out and on our way home the winds whipped up a rather dense dust storm across the dry lake beds just west of us. The three and a half hour drive was over quickly with toll roads the entire way once we were away from Lake Chapala.

    ... had a huge presence. Lots of narcos around, prime growing area as you can see by the lush surroundings. It's also a prime nesting site for the Black Sea turtles every night from June til December. We unfortunately didn't get too see the action but could see during the day where they had come up onto the beach to nest. The main beach was 3 kms long, great for swimming and surfing.
