    So we woke up early again today despite getting back so late last night! This was so we could go to the top of the Rockefeller building as we were gutted we couldn't go at sunset last night! The weather was amazing when we got up there - sun shining and no wind it definitely didn't feel like October! It was actually supposed to chuck it down this afternoon so we're actually very lucky we haven't experienced any rain as of yet! ...

    ... and through food markets including Chelsea Market, and left us to have lunch.
    We then went to Ground Zero! Words can't describe! It was crowded with silent people all searching the 3000 names and reading the testaments posted by others and then seeing the two huge water features which outline the twin towers bases. So beautifully done! Revisited Cafe Luncheonette so Rick could see if the meat balls were as good as he had remembered ...

    ... Zero memorial for the 9/11 terrorist destruction of the twin towers. It was a bit of a walk to the site, but it was very moving and thought provoking to see the waterfalls going into the big hole and the names of so many poor innocent people etched around the edge of both sites.
