Everyone was up early and we stored everyone's bags in my room. We were escorted to another building for breakfast. Mmmmmmmm, meat and cheese!!!! Northern Europeans know how to do breakfast!!!!

We were escorted through the residential area between the hostel and the train station on a zig-zag route. We were assured it was a short cut. Hmmmm. We arrived in enough time to catch the bus to Billund. After an hour ride, we arrived at the Lego World Headquarters.

Today we rested. We got up late, had breakfast and then proceeded to watch films. It wasn't a productive day but we felt we had earnt a day of recuperation. We cooked lunch and then watched the new Minions movie ...

We arrived at Oskar's grandma's house at 4:30pm literally minutes ...

Our "full" day at Legoland. Not a lot of rides for us "bigger " kids, but the ones that there were were fun. Only downside was the wait in queue and the rides were generally quite short. But certainly lots to look at while you wait. And there is Lego everywhere for the kids ...

... jewellery shop on the way home with lots of Viking work we stopped and had a look. Then on to the road and south to Jelling and Ribe, our stop for the night. More great countryside and ****** signs, but eventually we drove into the village of Jelling and then found the site of the Jelling stones, mounds and church! The museum first, it was sensational, brilliant interactive displays and a roof top terrace to look out over the two burial mounds with the church ...
