We are slowly getting adjusted to our 6 hour difference with all kids waking up in the middle of the night. We had our window open and Wyatt's cries were easy to hear. Last night was dinner on an outside open area in town and appreciated after airline gastric distress food.

We were a bit slow in our morning departure but thanks to Jesse …

We asked Simon why the lawns around the apartment building were not cut - he explained that the Bernese people like to see the flowers (we would call them weeds) and feel the grass under their feet. In the evening we headed back to the hall for a meeting where we had a couple of visitors which was really exciting for everybody. I had a really nice time getting to know Selina and Yasmine, who were a bit shy at first like me, but eventually we all worked out that we were as shy as each other and then we got ...

... running theme is also evident in it's sculpture and architecture. I had just enough time to pop into the alpine museum, which explores the Swiss history of mountaineering. A very contemporary exhibition, which I must admit was a little lost on me.

The city clearly offered a lot more than I allowed myself time for so I'd definitely be interested in making a return visit and spending longer there. ...
