    Smokey drive from Canyonville, OR to Vacaville CA due to forest fires.

    As we were were fueling at the Seven Feathers Truck Stop at 6:30 am, a big convoy of firefighters came in for fuel, coffee, etc.

    To say Americans love their motor vehicles would be an understatement. The majority of vehicles were occupied by only one person. They have what is known as a "HOV" lane (high occupancy vehicle) where I thought it meant that if there were two or more people in a vehicle you can use this lane.
