Crazy widows and college life...
... to a university! Then again, any campus is going to seem impressive compared to Newcastle... And apparently a lot of Americans find the style of Stanford somewhat lacking in comparison to the other prestigious universities (Harvard, Yale and Princeton to name a few). San Francisco-the light version
... and a chance to see some of the sights and the bus was a perfect way to do this. The down side was that I got other bus passengers in some of my pics. Also, we could get off of the bus at any stop and catch another one later but we opted to stay on the bus and get the superficial version of the tour. I think we saw all of the neighborhoods of the city during the two hour ride. I could easily spend a week in San Francisco just in the museums.

Wrap-up and Thank You's

San Fraaaancisco!
... something beautiful which is quite rare on a San Fran morning. When we got to the residential houses there was people hanging out their living room windows with massive speakers and djs or live bands cranking tunes and everyone dancing on the street. It was So. Much. Fun. We only made it about 2 miles of the race out of the 7 before we arrived at our other friend from Cusco (Charles) house and went in for a bbq and party in their backyard for the afternoon.
