Today was the day that someone from my HMO had FINALLY called back to do the consult for what Vaccinations they prescribed for my upcoming trip to Cape Town South Africa. In my case I needed Polio Booster, Tetnus and Hepatitus A. I found myself jumping in the car and getting down to the injection clinic to get my vaccinations before another day had passed. My kids and I didn't spend much time in Oakland, the only thing we did was catch the A's baseball game on the last night of our vacation. I think we were all home sick and ready to go home after spending 15 days in California. One of the coolest things I saw on the way to Oakland was the double decker bridge over the San Francisco Bay.
