... about the free laundry service. Apparently, the school used to be an all mens college and at some point, back in the day, the professors complained about the men smelling a bit in class. A laundry service was added and the students were required to have the clothes washed there. The service continues and is included in tuition. If you choose to wash your own clothes, the washers and driers on campus are available, free of charge.

Regardless of how it ended, it was a great trip while it lasted! I crossed the Atlantic for the first time; rented a tux for what had better be the last time; saw good friends; met some neat people; drank some great wine; ate some wonderful meals (and some not so wonderful); rode a lot of neat trains; and saw some fantastic scenery.
