      ... clears them in your mind. We lifted off at 1:00 Madrid time. Our flight should take 8 hours, putting us in Philly at 3pm. We're now seated on the Airbus 330, waiting as other passengers find their seats. Our flight appears to be only about 75% full. The flight from Madrid to Philadelphia, unlike the beginning, was uneventful and didn't seem like 8 hours. We made the changes in Philadelphia smoothly and in plenty of time.       Year 2, Day 115-116 Lake Lanier with Nancy. We headed down from our Campground to Tryon and Lake Lanier with some time with our friend from Hilton Head Island, who has relocated to a lovely paradise in the lakes and mountainous region of SW North Carolina.

      ... We enjoyed walking up and down visiting a few shops and having a wonderful lunch.

      Agriculture is a major part of this area. It is known for its apple production as well as other fruits and vegetables. We definitely took advantage of the fresh apples by stopping and picking up our favorite Honey Crisp apples and some homemade apple bread as well.

      All in all, it was a nice stop that we are glad we made.
