    We arrived at the Detroit Airport at about 6:30 pm, got checked in, and they gave me a hard time about getting my boarding pass for the Paris to Lyon leg. However our tour director made a little noise and secured it for me. The taxi picked us up right on time and delivered us to the slots in Clinton where are bus was waiting for us.     Last night we had a massive thunder storm and the rain came down in bucket loads. Sometime during the night we lost power and its still not on however the water must be heated by gas because that's still warm. We are just inside the border of the US and we are on the outskirts of Detroit.
